Originally founded in 2015 as a business advisory firm supporting Canadian companies in sales, marketing, media management, and operational solutions, Fermoni Group soon evolved beyond its original scope. As Madeline worked closely with small businesses, she recognized a deeper challenge:
Canada’s light trades, artisans, and small makers weren’t struggling due to a lack of talent — but because they lacked visibility, support, and fair market opportunities.

Driven by this realization, Madeline transformed her business into a mission — creating a system that uplifts creators by giving them purposeful careers and real growth potential through collaboration, education, and creativity.

Today, that mission has evolved into what she calls the Fermoni Group Solar System — a constantly moving and expanding creative universe where artists, makers, and innovators work together to strengthen Canadian craftsmanship and its global presence.
